AX1
What is AiRET AX1?
AX1 is an autonomous footwear care system for the home. It reads every pair and decides the care it needs.
Do I need to choose a setting?
No. Put the pair in and close the door. AX1 decides the rest.
What does "No water bath" mean?
AX1 cares for shoes without submerging them in water.
What does the app do?
The app records. It shows what AX1 did for each pair — you don't need to operate anything.
What needs replacing?
Three replaceable Formula cartridges. Nothing else to manage.
How big is AX1?
W600 × D480 × H560 mm, countertop, one pair per cycle.
When is AX1 available?
AX1 is in development and debuts at CES 2027.
Is AX1 for hotels and golf clubs?

They are installed differently: AX1 is countertop and sits anywhere without construction; S9 Prestige is built into the entryway.

Cusp
What is Cusp?
Cusp turns the appliances you already own into smart devices that confirm they actually worked — without replacing them.
What's different about Cusp?
Most smart devices tell you the command was sent. Cusp tells you whether it actually happened.
Which devices does Cusp work with?
Most button, dial, and remote-controlled devices, starting with low-risk devices.
Can I still use my appliances by hand?
Yes. Buttons and dials still work by hand.
Does Cusp work with my smart home?
Cusp is designed for Matter.
Does Cusp use cameras or microphones?
No always-on cameras or microphones. Processing happens at home.
Does Cusp control heaters or stoves?
No. Risky devices are watched, never switched.
