AiRET Inc. ("AiRET", "we") processes personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. This policy applies to our website, airet.io. The Korean version of this policy prevails in case of any discrepancy.
1. Why we process personal information
- To review and reply to partnership, pilot, distribution, and press inquiries
- To send product launch notifications you signed up for
- To analyze website usage and improve the site (only if you accept cookies)
- To prevent abuse and keep the service stable
2. What we collect
Each form asks for different fields. Only the fields marked as required are mandatory.
- Required: name and email address (launch notifications: email only)
- Optional: company or property name, property type, number of units, rooms, or sites, region, product interest, inquiry type, message
- Automatically: IP address, the page you submitted from, referral parameters (UTM), browser language, time of submission
- If you accept cookies: visit history, device and browser information, and approximate location collected by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
3. How long we keep it
- Inquiries: 3 years from the inquiry, or until you ask us to delete it 🧪
- Launch notification sign-ups: until the notification is sent, or until you unsubscribe
- Automatically collected data: same as the related inquiry
- Website statistics (Google Analytics): 14 months
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except where required by law.
5. Service providers
- Resend, Inc. — sending inquiry notification emails
- Google LLC — website statistics (Google Analytics), if you accept cookies
- Microsoft Corporation — usage analytics (Clarity), if you accept cookies and if used
- Cafe24 Corp. — website hosting
6. International transfers
Inquiry notifications (Resend) and website statistics (Google, Microsoft) involve transfers to the United States. You can decline cookies to prevent analytics transfers, or email airet@airet.co.kr directly instead of using a form.
7. Deletion
We delete personal information without delay once the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, using methods that prevent recovery.
8. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct, delete, or stop processing your personal information by emailing airet@airet.co.kr. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 14.
9. Cookies
We use analytics cookies only after you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. Declining does not limit your use of the site. You can change your choice by clearing this site's cookies and site data in your browser.
10. Security
- Inquiries are visible only to authorized staff after login
- Encrypted transmission (HTTPS)
- Bot protection and rate limiting on forms
- Minimal number of staff handling personal information
